PROFILE

In 2013, the acoustic trio “Hoshi no Tobu-yoru” ――meaning close to the starry night, was formed by band leader Satoko Nishikawa(Vo.) from Shan Shan Typhoon, with Aki Ozawa(Gt.) from BYFAL, and Mari Sekine(Per.) from Shibusashirazu Orchestra.

Since then, this trio has energetically gone on performing mainly around Tokyo. In performances, they sometimes express their song-world tranquilly, and sometimes play more percussive or aggressive form feeling as stars fly through the night sky.

In 2020, they released 1st album Hoshi no Tobu-yoru. Even now, the Ensemble of these three is being in progress and becoming for alternative sounds.
